The manager got back to me really fast and handled my issue without any hassle. It felt like the problem was avoidable in the first place, but I appreciated how quickly they fixed it

I was kind of surprised by how easy fazolis.com was to use. The menu and nutrition info were really clear, and I didn’t have to click around forever to figure things out. It’s nice to have options when I’m trying to avoid certain ingredients. I’ll definitely use it again.

I ordered dinner from fazolis and it was easy overall. The delivery did take longer than the first estimate, which was a little annoying because I was getting hungry and kept checking the time. But the pasta still showed up warm, and the breadsticks were really good. I just wish they had packed a bit more sauce. Overall, I was happy with it and I’d probably order again.

I had a nice visit overall. The tables were clean, the floors looked good, and the bathroom was tidy too, which is something I always pay attention to. Weirdly, I also remember there was one little chair tucked perfectly under a corner table, like someone measured it. Nothing fancy, just a clean and comfortable place to stop in.

The pizza was hot and tasty, and overall I was happy with it. I just wish the instructions had been a bit clearer, especially for ordering or pickup, because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect

The noodles actually tasted fresh, which was a nice little plot twist, and the sauce was good too. Nothing life-changing, because apparently noodles still have limits, but I enjoyed it.

The coupons saved me some money, and I kind of blame myself for not checking for them earlier. It was a simple way to cut down the total, and I’m glad I noticed before paying.

Got Fazolis for a small office lunch and it went way smoother then I thought it would. Food was ready right on time, still hot, and nothing was missing which I really appreciated. The breadsticks disappeared first lol. Portions were good for the price too. I'd definitely order catering from them again.

When I got there, my total was pretty much what I expected, which was nice. Nothing fancy, just a simple site with clear pricing and no surprise fees. that’s all I really needed.

I’d probably give Fazoli’s around 4 stars, mostly because the menu has a little bit of everything, you know? Pasta, pizza, subs, salads, and of course the breadsticks, so it’s easy to find something when everyone in the group wants something different. I like that they keep some meals simple, but still have different sauces and baked options if you want to switch it up. The kids menu is also a nice plus. The only thing is that after a while, some of the items start to feel a little similar, if that makes sense. But overall, the choices are solid and ordering through the site is easy.

Got Fazoli’s it was good. The food tasted fresh, especially the breadsticks and pasta. Still warm when it showed up, which was nice. The sauce could’ve had a little more flavor, but overall, a good meal. 4 stars from me.

The pasta was still hot when I picked it up, and the whole pickup process was really easy. Maybe I’m just easily impressed, but I appreciated how smooth it all was.

I’m giving 5 stars mainly because of the breadsticks. Every time I order from Fazoli’s, they show up warm, soft, and covered in that garlic butter flavor that keeps me coming back. It’s not fancy food, but it’s exactly the kind of comfort food I want. I could probably eat a whole bag of those breadsticks by myself. I’m always glad when they don’t skimp on them, and at this point I feel like I deserve a little extra breadstick compensation for how loyal I’ve been.

I tried this sauce and liked the flavor overall. It was tasty, but to me it came off a little too sweet. I haven’t tried tons of similar sauces or anything, so I can’t say for sure how it compares, but that was my impression.
